Oki. this is kind of irritating. I can't copy and paste or even save what i want to blog as draft. This is the second time i'm typing this entry and i don't think it will be like the first.
I woke at 715 today simply because i was too tired to get back to sleep and also due to all my body aches. i am tired but just can't get back to sleep. So i decided to wake up and start to blog what had happened yesterday for my marathon at Lower Selectar Reservior but after i have finished typing what i want to say and click on pulish post, it says doesn't recongnise the blog or what so ever thing. SO PISS man.
I slept early the night before the marathon and woke up at 6 in the morning. I was like all ready to go and energetic to row. After i met my partner, Alfred we took a cab down cause althought it was near but it was inaccessible to go there. Like usual before the race start, we had encouragement from those who went to support us and soon the race started at 9.
During the race...
Oki i admit that it was fun rowing 28.8km and it was going in circles. But Alfred and I were the 2nd T2 boat and we maintain till the 3rd round ( about to reach the last round). Upon reaching the starting point of our last round, due to the unforeseen conditions of the water, water kept entering our boat and before we could bill water out of our boat, we cap. There goes our medal. So near yet so far!
To Alfred, thanks for being my partner and making all my marathon fun and enjoyable. I really owe you a BIG APOLOGY and i'm sorry to dismoralise you once we got up into our boat after we cap. Thanks for pushing me until the end and never give up on me. Let's train hard together for all the up coming competition that awaits us.
To my team, so of our seniors did us proud but we as juniors needs to train hard to make our seniors proud of us. When rowing the marathon, Alfred said this to me, why am i giving myself reasons to make myself weak. Guys, if our mindset was right, we can win anything we want. I have win myself already, but there's always a better 'me' waiting for me to beat him. After we have win ourselves, it's time to go out there and the other schools!!! The year 1 this year are strong, don't stop because u did badly this time, train even harder and smarter to win the next time. I believe you guys can do, just that it's not your time yet. Make sure the next time your time come!! JIA YOU ba year 1s.! Oh not forgetting to thank all those who went to support and look after our stuffs. Thanks people, u know who you are. kekeke.
As for me, exams now are more important but i just can't get into the mood for studying. No matter what i will try hard to concentrate and do well this time. i'm not gonna disappoint myself and as well as my family members.
